Team Training

M.A. Sports Performance Team Training programs are designed for athletes to work effectively together, enhancing their overall performance during competitions. This minimizes injuries while athletes gain strength, speed, and agility.

Strength programs will be held here on site with M.A. Sports Performance. Conditioning and agility are included.

Speed and agility programs are held on site or off-site at a location selected by the athlete or team’s coach.

I strive to build a positive team environment through collaborative exercises that can build morale, increase motivation contributing to the ultimate goal of the team's success on the field and the individual athlete’s success off the field.

One of my favorite parts of my job is watching my athletes play the sport they love. I have been honored and fortunate to be able to watch these athletes in college. I have known and worked with some of my athletes for 8-9 years!

Having a group from the same team or different teams, makes for an incredible environment for motivation and great dynamics in the gym.

strength training & Small Group Training

Athletes are more engaged and more motivated when their teammates or friends are there with them. M.A. Sports Performance sessions are in small groups, by design. Small groups promote comradery, peer motivation, consistency, and more importantly a fun environment. Each athlete has individual weights and modifications even in the small group setting.

One-on-One sessions are available through my customized online program development.

I love how my athletes push each other to be better but have the best time doing it. The smiles and laughter create this amazing environment.

speed, agility And Conditioning

Having speed, agility, and great conditioning is a must in all sports. Combining strength training with speed, agility, and conditioning will help athletes perform at a higher level from the start to the end of the game.

This is included in all strength programs and for all sports. It is also available as a stand-alone program during late pre-season or during in-season.
