Success can come in many forms. The relationships and the connections that are made with people are the most important when it comes to success in the fitness world. The relationships that I have developed with my athletes over the past 15 years have been the most rewarding and priceless part of my job as a trainer. Looking at athletes has humans first before the weights, makes the journey more rewarding and more personal.

Current Field Hockey Player
"When I started with Meghan, I was just a little girl going into 7th grade who was not prepared for her first session that her two older sisters dragged her too. I never thought I would be there as many days as I could 4 years later. Meghan always pushed me to do my best and beyond that because she knows how much I am capable of even if I didn't at the time.
I learned how to lift correctly and safely. Anything we do in her gym is intentional. She has taught me so much and not just about lifting. She taught me to be confident in myself on and off the field. She pushes each of her athletes to do the best they can and cares for everyone so much. This creates such an amazing atmosphere in the gym that is full of hardworking athletes lifting each other up.
I have achieved so many things in my field hockey career that I credit Meghan for. She is the best and I am so thankful to have her as my friend, coach and mentor!"

Athlete Parent
"If you are looking for a trainer, look no further than Meghan!
My daughter has been going to workouts with Meghan 2-3x a week in the offseason for the last year. She has never been more motivated or looked forward to working out more than she has being at Core with Meghan.
She made great improvements with her as well. She gained strength and improved her running stamina and speed. But more than that she gained the confidence she needed to prepare for playing her sport at the highest level of competition. I can't recommend Meghan's workouts enough!"

Former Athlete
"Meghan was my personal trainer for many years., but she was also so much more than that. Meghan helped me recover from an ACL surgery in less than a year so that I was able to play my last field hockey season. She helped me physically and mentally during that period which I am so grateful for. If it were not for her, my knee wouldn't have been strong enough to play again."
